Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

RETAIL: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using UPS Worldwide Standard (delivery standard is 2 - 7 days).
Flat rate shipping fee of $15.50 applies to orders shipping to United States; excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Eligible orders will qualify for Free Shipping on orders above $40 USD. This promotion will populate at the shipping - checkout page. We do not ship outside of North America at this time.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands: retail purchases can be made online, and are subject to a shipping charge of $45.00. Exclusions apply, our team will contact you at the time of shipping if order is not able to be fulfilled due to limitations.

WHOLESALE: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using UPS Worldwide Standard (delivery standard is 2 - 7 days).
Flat rate shipping fee of $22.50 applies to orders shipping to United States; excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Those states/areas are subject to shipping fee of $88.50
We do not ship outside of North America at this time.

NOTICE: 

All Canada and US shipping is currently done through UPS, except for those with a PO Box. If you require shipping to a PO Box, we will ship via Canada Post/USPS respectively. 

We are not liable for any damages incurred by the third party couriers. All items are carefully inspected, cleaned, wrapped and packaged before being sent. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7-10 days of placing your order, please refer to the tracking number in the confirmation email - or e-mail us, and we will be sure to update you on the whereabouts of your parcel. 

We do not ship to Storage Units. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@historicbrands.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
